He was very responsive to our follow-up questions via text, and we were able to call him when needed.HCI Solar provided turn-key service, so they assisted with permits and plans. We saved so much time and hassle since they dealt with the city on our behalf. For solar and battery, it took 2 days to complete and the installation team was on-time in the morning. Overall, we are happy with HCI Solar’s great customer service and installation.
